Designing for the mental health sector requires deep empathy and a careful understanding of user psychology. For Strong Therapy Community Support, the primary objective was to architect a digital space that immediately feels safe, accessible, and restorative. Moving away from rigid corporate structures, I utilized soft, organic shapes and a grounding color palette of earthy terracotta and calming teal to lower the visual friction for users seeking help. The interface is engineered for clarity and compassion, organizing an extensive list of specialized therapies and focus areas into a highly approachable layout. Recognizing the critical nature of the industry, I also ensured that immediate crisis resources, such as the 988 Lifeline, were prominently and thoughtfully integrated. The final result is a website that perfectly balances professional clinical credibility with profound human warmth.
